We are so delighted to announce that Dr. Paula Crowley was awarded the Robert E. Abbot Outstanding Contributor Award of the Illinois Council for Exceptional Children. Paula served as President for four years and provided exemplary service.Paula is a member of Beta Chapter and served as President. She is Professor Emeritus at Illinois State University.
